History and Background
We started forming a small community by groups of friends who happen to be Christians in the Catholic Church, and we began our companionship by organizing faith-related events together.
An annual family retreat during Pentecost weekend in 2019 marked the beginning of our family group “Families on a mission (FOAM)”.
A sub-group named “Sisters in Mary” was formed in 2020, with an emphasis in growth in relationship with God through Mother Mary and our spiritual sisterhood.
As our events also welcome our friends and families in our local community, we are discerning an inspiration on building a “spiritual” faith village that is dedicated to Jesus and has an emphasis in ongoing spiritual growth and fellowship, through support for families, and nurturing brotherhood, sisterhood and spiritual parenthood.
Our community is fully committed to doing God’s will, faithful to the Catholic Church and teaching, and we seek growth together by following Jesus our Lord in the power of the Holy Spirit.

We were amateurs in group discernment, thus we seeked ongoing spiritual advice from Fr. Francis Ching since the beginning. We are still in search of a formal spiritual director.
We created this website to share our vision and resources, and are happy to share our experience with other brothers and sisters in Christ who would like to form or nurture a similar faith group or small community.
All glory, praise and thanks be to God our Lord!
